At Divine Rentals, we recognize that plans can shift, and our cancellation policy is crafted to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness for all.

a. Full Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution.

b. Partial Refund: For cancellations requested after the 48-hour booking period, the first 30 days of the reservation are non-refundable, with the remaining balance refunded.

At Divine Rentals, while we recommend guests refrain from bringing pets, they are not strictly prohibited. Pet owners will be responsible for any additional costs, including specialized cleaning, treatments, or linen replacements due to pet-related damage. If you decide to bring a pet, a $500 pet deposit and a one-time $200 pet cleaning fee are required. At Divine Rentals, we kindly remind our guests that hosting events at our properties is strictly prohibited. Intimate gatherings with close family or friends are allowed, as long as noise levels remain low to avoid disturbing our neighbors.

At Divine Rentals, we respectfully ask that guests check in after 3:00 PM and complete check-out by 11:00 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, as this ensures our ability to maintain the exceptional cleanliness and preparation standards that define the Divine Rentals experience.
